Cancellation & Refund Policy

We invest significant time, effort, and resources into every project. Therefore, our cancellation and refund terms are designed to protect both parties.

Cancellations

• Once a project has started, cancellations are permitted only in exceptional cases and must be communicated in writing.
• For coding and development projects, the initial 50% advance is non-refundable as it covers project initiation, planning, and work already completed.
• For digital marketing services, no refunds are possible once the campaign or service has started due to upfront efforts and costs involved.

Refunds

• Refunds are not provided for partial work once significant effort has been invested.
• Any third-party costs (domains, hosting, ads, plugins, etc.) are strictly non-refundable.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept that advance payments are non-refundable.
