Cancellation & Refund Policy

We invest significant time, effort, and resources into every project. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing the cancellation of projects and eligibility for refunds across our web development, design, and digital marketing services.

1. Cancellation Procedure

To request the cancellation of any service or active project, the client must submit a formal request in writing to their assigned account manager or via email at info@nextinweb.com. Cancellations are only considered official after receiving a written acknowledgment from NextInWeb.

2. Service-Specific Terms

Website Development & Custom Software

• Before Work Starts: If a project is cancelled before any planning, design, or coding activities have commenced, a refund of the 50% advance payment may be requested, subject to a 10% administrative processing fee.
• After Work Starts: Once planning, wireframing, design, or software coding has begun, the initial 50% advance payment is strictly non-refundable. This covers resource allocation, project setup, and work completed up to that date.

Design Services

• For design services (graphic design, video editing, social media creatives, presentations), cancellations requested after mockups or drafts are shared will result in the forfeiture of any deposit.
• All shared design drafts and concepts remain the exclusive intellectual property of NextInWeb and cannot be used, reproduced, or distributed by the client under any circumstances.

SEO & Monthly Marketing Campaigns

• SEO, content marketing, and email marketing campaigns require 100% advance monthly payment. Once a monthly service period has commenced, no refunds will be issued for that billing cycle.
• Clients may cancel monthly marketing subscriptions at any time by providing at least 15 days written notice before the next monthly invoice date to prevent auto-renewal.

Digital Advertising Campaigns

• Campaign Management Fees: Once campaign setup, keyword research, or ad copies have been created, campaign management fees are non-refundable.
• Third-Party Ad Spend: Ad budgets loaded directly into advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) are subject to the refund policies of those respective platforms. NextInWeb does not hold, manage, or refund ad spends paid directly to third-party ad networks.

3. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party costs incurred specifically for the client\'s project, including but not limited to domain registrations, hosting packages, premium themes, plugins, stock media licenses, or external API subscriptions, are strictly non-refundable.

4. Amendments

NextInWeb reserves the right to amend this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after updates are published signifies agreement with the revised policy.
