These Terms and Conditions govern all projects and services provided by NextInWeb.com. By engaging us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Payments

Website Development & Custom Software

For website development, web applications, coding, and custom software projects, a 50% advance payment is required before work commences. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the final project files, website migration, deployment, or delivery are completed.

Design Services

For graphic design, presentations, video editing, social media creatives, and similar design-related services, payment may be made upon completion and client approval, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

SEO services are provided on a monthly basis and require 100% advance payment before the commencement of each service period. SEO activities will begin only after payment has been received.

Digital Advertising

Advertising services, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns, require 100% advance payment for both ad management fees and advertising budgets before campaign launch or renewal.

Digital Marketing Services

Other digital marketing services, including content marketing, social media management, email marketing, and related services, require 100% advance payment before work begins.

Invoices & Due Dates

All invoices must be paid on or before the stated due date. Delayed payments may result in project suspension, delayed delivery, interruption of ongoing services, or additional charges where applicable.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information, content, feedback, approvals, and access credentials required for project completion.
• Delays in providing necessary materials, approvals, or feedback may result in revised delivery timelines.
• Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all content, images, videos, trademarks, and other materials provided to us do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or legal rights.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Revisions & Scope Changes

• Any work requested outside the originally agreed project scope may be quoted and billed separately.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed revision limit may incur extra charges.
• Changes requested after project approval or completion may be treated as a new project or enhancement request.

4. Limitations & Disclaimer

• While every effort is made to meet agreed timelines, delivery schedules may be affected by project complexity, client responsiveness, third-party dependencies, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
• SEO, digital marketing, and advertising results depend on search engine algorithms, platform policies, market conditions, competition, and other factors beyond our control. Therefore, no guarantees are made regarding rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, sales, or specific performance outcomes.
• We are not responsible for interruptions, restrictions, account suspensions, or policy changes imposed by third-party platforms, service providers, hosting companies, search engines, or advertising networks.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kannur, Kerala.

6. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
