Delivery & Support Policy

At NextInWeb, we are committed to delivering high-quality web solutions and digital marketing services, followed by reliable ongoing support. This policy outlines our hosting, delivery, support SLAs, and campaign reporting guidelines.

1. Hosting & Server Deployment

We deploy, manage, and optimize all custom websites and web applications on our own optimized, high-performance servers to ensure maximum speed, security, and uptime.

  • NextInWeb Managed Servers: By default, we host your project on our secure cloud architecture. This includes continuous server administration, firewall protection, core security updates, and automated off-site backups.
  • Deploying to Client Servers: If you explicitly request hosting on your own external server, we can deploy the project there. However, this deployment is done entirely at your own risk. In this scenario, NextInWeb will not be responsible for server security management, uptime monitoring, malware protection, software updates, or configuring backups.

2. Website & Application Support

  • 1 Year Free Support: All custom-built websites and software applications delivered by NextInWeb include 1 year of free post-launch support. This free support covers troubleshooting bugs, resolving script issues, fixing layout misalignments, and correcting errors related to the originally delivered project scope.
  • Additional Updates & Enhancements: Free support does not cover new features, large design changes, structural modifications, or additions to the originally agreed scope. Any major upgrades or modifications will be scoped and billed separately.
  • Post-Support Maintenance: After the first year, ongoing maintenance, support SLA renewals, and server administration can be covered under our annual maintenance packages.

3. SEO & Paid Advertising Services

  • Monthly Reports: For all search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns and paid digital advertising programs (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), we send out comprehensive monthly performance reports detailing traffic growth, keyword ranks, impressions, click rates, ad spend, and conversions.
  • Tax & GST Invoicing: Clients running corporate advertising campaigns can add their company\'s Goods and Services Tax (GST) number to the ad accounts. This allows you to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) on all advertising budgets and platform spend where applicable.
  • Ad Budget & Management Fees: Ad budget spends are paid directly to the platforms, while campaign management fees are invoiced by NextInWeb.

4. Support SLAs & Communication

  • Support Channels: For quick bug fixes and enquiries, please email us at support@nextinweb.com or contact your assigned account manager.
  • Response Timeline: Standard support tickets are acknowledged within 12-24 business hours. Critical issues (such as site offline or form failures) receive priority handling and are addressed immediately.
